We call your leads 3 times, on different days, at different times of the day. We also send 3 emails to try and get them to call us back and we text them 3 times. We stagger this 9 step process over an entire week.

When we get a lead on the phone we qualify them to your criteria and setup an appointment for the qualified ones to speak with you at a specific time.

We will use your calendly or other online calendar system that will send you & the lead an invite to accept and then a reminder prior to the call. If you don’t have an online calendar, we can set it up for you.

When we identify a qualified lead, we set up an appointment based on the times you had indicated you were available on your calendar link.

We also send you information that tells you:

  • Who they are
  • Best contact number
  • What they do for a living
  • How long they have done it
  • Why are they interested in your specific franchise
  • Will there be any partners
  • How much capital they have
  • Credit status
  • Home ownership status
  • Time frame
  • Appointment time
  • Any questions that they have.

We can also send them an email with information included if you provide that to us in advance.

Remember, when we call them, we are not you, so we can’t tell them how much your franchise costs and we sure as heck don’t have to worry about the “How much can I make” question, because we don’t know, so no compliance issues there! All of that stuff is your job, we are just qualifying them to the criteria you set and making sure they are truly interested in your specific franchise.

We aren’t able to answer any of their questions, we ask all the questions. If they ask us a specific question, we simply answer “That is more operational and will be answered by (your name) on your call with them.

We save you time. Not only do we do the leg work of making all of the initial calls, leaving messages, sending emails, responding to call backs etc… But we also weed out all of the tire kickers, unqualified people & fake leads.

We provide you with a monthly report by lead source that will give you important data like: # of leads vs # of contacts vs # of appointments vs # of unqualified leads etc…
